Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled course or webinar. This allows us to offer your spot to someone else from our wait list. You may cancel online here, email us at info@eknlinks.com or call 1.954.558.9599 If you have to cancel your course, we offer you a 100% credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. Cancellations made within 12 hours to the event will receive a 50% credit towards any future course. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 12 hours, you will lose the full payment for the course. The owner has the only right to be flexible here. All credits must be used within 180 days from the issue date.
