Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies Due to limited availability, I request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled meeting. This allows me to offer your spot to someone else from my wait list. You may cancel online here, email me at profken@profken.us or WhatsApp / Text / call 1.954.558.9599 If you have to cancel your course, we offer you a 100% credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. If this is a paid consultation, cancellations made within 12 hours to the event will receive a 50% credit towards any future course or consultation. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 12 hours, you will lose the full payment for the course or consultation. All credits must be used within 180 days from the issue date.
